The Compliance Tester role is central to ensuring systems, software, and processes meet rigorous regulatory and operational standards. Duties:

• Execute compliance tests across applications, websites, and automated/manual environments.
• Identify, record, and document issues in line with regulatory and company frameworks.
• Provide accurate feedback and support to senior management on testing outcomes.
• Collaborate with auditors, compliance officers, and development teams.
• Contribute to the refinement of testing methodologies.
• Prepare documentation and reports on test results.
• Participate in training and mentoring initiatives.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Degree (NQF Level 7) preferred
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, COBIT, CEH, or ISO 27001 are advantageous.

• NQF 6 with at least 2 years’ relevant testing experience, or NQF 7 with 6+ months’ exposure.
• Background in automation, UAT, software, or website testing advantageous.

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Analytical and detail-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Time management and prioritisation under pressure.
• Integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
