SUMMARY:
Well known medical devices company requires an individual with a minimum of 2 years’ compliance experience in the healthcare industry (finance, legal or regulatory).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Matric and Office Admin Certificate or Diploma 
Above average skills on Word, Excel and Outlook 
Must have experience in healthcare compliance such as finance, legal or regulatory 
Experience with compliance, policies & procedures, signed contracts and the POPI act 
You will coordinate and schedule internal audit appointments
Create and/or edit policies, procedures and related documents as required
Type audit reports and collate supporting evidence - accuracy and attention to detail is vital
Assist with the preparation for external audits
Assist with the maintenance of product and regulatory documentation
Maintain the regulatory documentation database 
Maintain training records and training database
Perform administrative tasks related to the POPI Act
Request, review and maintain documentation for Agent, Sub-Distributor and Independent Service Provider Due Diligence
Perform online research for projects
COVID Vaccine Certificate is essential
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
