Join our team as a Compliance Administration Clerk, where you'll help develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks in a dynamic insurance environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring the business adheres to industry and regulatory standards by supporting operational governance, risk management, and compliance assurance.

Minimum Requirements

• LLB Degree
• 2–5 years’ compliance experience (insurance/financial services preferred)
• Knowledge of FAIS, FICA, POPIA, TCF, and relevant legal principles
• Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills
• Advanced computer literacy
• Attention to detail, reliability, professionalism

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with operational implementation of the Group Governance Framework
• Draft, review, and update governance and compliance policies
• Monitor and report on compliance risk management plans and regulatory requirements
• Conduct SOP conformance testing and track management actions
• Train staff on compliance policies and legislation; create training materials
• Handle compliance queries, investigations, and maintain required registers
• Report regularly to management and regulatory stakeholders
• Collaborate across teams and manage relationships with regulators and external providers
• Provide compliance reports, conduct audits, and manage risk registers
