Community Manager/Specialist

SUMMARY:
Our client in the IT industry is looking for a Community Manager/Specialist to join their team!!

Work Location: Remote
Division/Department: Marketing and Distribution
Reports to: Head of Communication

Overall Responsibility: Responsible for managing and growing the brand’s community, both online and offline

Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement

• Setup Facebook Business Portfolios 
• Keep all details, content, branding and corporate identity aligned to the respective brands.
• Post informative and engaging content, imagery, advertising and other social media elements aligned to the brand and product strategy.
• Grow the community following, members, engagement, and advocacy.
• Monitor and respond to community health and sentiment through regular audits and listening.
• Foster meaningful interactions and conversations across community platforms (e.g., social media, forums, groups,).
• Respond to queries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally.

• Create engaging content tailored for different community channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams on campaigns and initiatives
• Develop a social media strategy and monthly plan to be shared and collaborated with the group.
• Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, or super-users to strengthen community loyalty.

• Track key metrics and report on community performance, sentiment, and trends.
• Share community insights with internal teams for product, support, and marketing improvements.
• Manage the page administration, passwords and other sensitive business requirements.
• Motivate all internal stakeholders to participate and actively promote relevant pages, content etc.

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using community platforms (e.g., Facebook Groups)

• Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
