Job Purpose:  The successful candidate will be the face of our community at the Canvas and will be pivotal in creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where our tenants feel valued, inspired, and connected. This role combines front-of-house responsibilities, community engagement, event coordination, administration and revenue generation through meeting room and function space bookings.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in community management, events coordination, customer service or a related role.
• Experience planning and coordinating events from conception to execution.
• Experience working with digital platforms, social media and online communication tools.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and priorities competing demands.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
