Purpose Of The Job:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Invoicing Clerk to join their Commercial Vehicle dealership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, processing, and issuing of accurate invoices while ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards. This role is ideal for an individual looking to grow their career within the motor industry and develop strong financial and administrative skills.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Process invoices for commercial vehicle sales, parts, and services accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure all supporting documentation is checked and verified before invoicing
Assist with capturing and maintaining invoicing data on dealership systems
Reconcile invoicing records with job cards, purchase orders, and delivery notes
Liaise with internal departments (sales, workshop, parts) to resolve invoicing queries
Maintain accurate electronic and manual filing systems
Provide support to the finance team with general administrative duties when required
Ensure compliance with internal policies, motor industry regulations, and financial procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 1- 2 years’ related experience in Automotive industry in role of Commercial vehicle invoicing clerk at dealership level
Grade 12
Computer Literate and fluent in MS Office
Automotive Industry Experience is ESSENTIAL!
