This position exists to build the media ecosystem that connects brands with the sports community, requiring a hands-on approach to lead operations and manage ground presence during events. The focus areas include sponsor acquisition, commercial sales, and managing activations to ensure brand value is delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure sponsorships for endurance sports magazines and high-profile events.

• Drive advertising sales within the Gauteng region or Western Cape.

• Manage brand activations at events to ensure global sports brands are successfully integrated.

• Lead an operations team hands-on without doing the heavy lifting.

• Solve problems in real-time during event activations and media coverage.

• Focus on securing high-value client acquisitions to generate revenue.

• Attend events during weekends to maintain a ground presence.
