COMMERCIAL SERVICE ADVISOR
Location: Nelspruit, Mpumalanga

A leading automotive dealership in Nelspruit is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Commercial Service Advisor to join their dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements:

Automotive industry experience is essential
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably within the commercial vehicle sector
Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Computer literate with experience using dealership management systems
Valid driver's licence

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop
Schedule service and repair bookings for commercial vehicles
Prepare accurate job cards and cost estimates
Liaise with technicians and customers regarding vehicle progress and repairs
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Follow up on outstanding work and maintain service records
Promote additional services and products where appropriate
