POSITION INFO:

 COMMERCIAL LAW ATTORNEY 

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Law Attorney to join their established legal team, providing personalized and efficient legal services to clients!

•  Location: Bedfordview, Gauteng
•  Salary: R18,000 – R30,000 + 33% on billables
•  Working Hours: 07:30 - 16:00

Essential Qualifications:

•  Law Degree (LLB)
•  Valid driver''s license and own transport

Essential Experience:

•  2 – 3 years post qualification experience

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Practice & Litigation:

•  Handle complex High Court litigation matters
•  Draft specialized contracts and legal documents
•  Manage acquisitions and business transactions
•  Oversee eviction proceedings

Trust & Estate Matters:

•  Facilitate Trust & Company registrations
•  Assist with liquidations and sequestrations
•  Ensure all legal processes align with current legislation and client objectives
