Salary: R18 000 – R30 000

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Law Attorney to join a dynamic legal team in Bedfordview. This opportunity is ideal for a legal professional with strong commercial law expertise, litigation experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional legal solutions to clients. 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- LLB Degree

- Admission as an Attorney of the High Court

- Experience in Acquisitions

- Experience with Liquidations and Sequestrations

- Experience with Evictions

- Specialized Contract Drafting expertise

- Experience with Trust and Company Registrations

- Strong High Court Litigation experience

- Own reliable transport

- Excellent attention to detail

- Strong communication and client relationship skills

- Ability to manage complex legal matters independently

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage commercial law matters and provide legal guidance

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and contracts

- Handle trust and company registrations

- Manage liquidation and sequestration matters

- Attend to eviction-related legal processes

- Represent clients in complex High Court litigation matters

- Maintain professional client relationships and provide strategic legal advice

- Manage legal documentation and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
