POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional, friendly service at our reception desk
• Answer incoming calls, manage the switchboard and direct customers to the appropriate team member
• Assist customers with product enquiries and advice
• Process over-the-counter glass sales and orders
• Follow up on customer jobs and ensure clients are kept informed
• Contact customers to check satisfaction and assist with resolving queries
• Prepare quotations and invoices
• Assist with debt collection and outstanding account follow-ups
• Manage and organise incoming and outgoing emails
• Take accurate messages and ensure information is passed on promptly
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area
• Maintain accurate customer records, documents and filing systems
• Provide general administrative support to the team

• Confident and comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
• An excellent communicator with strong people skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, administration or a sales environment (Advantageous)
