SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Client Services Executive to join their Client Services team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong financial background who enjoys building client relationships, managing multiple priorities, and working in a fast-paced financial services environment.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain a portfolio of client accounts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and system-related issues.
Administer client ledgers, ensuring client information, facility limits, and records are accurate and up to date.
Prepare and submit facility increase requests, credit applications, and other client submissions to the Credit Department.
Liaise with Credit Controllers to resolve queries relating to debtor books and funding facilities.
Monitor client performance and ensure accounts remain compliant with company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to client accounts.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Prioritise workload effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric).
A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Management or a related field will be advantageous.
1–3 years' experience in a banking, financial services, lending, factoring or similar financial environment.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial information.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
