JOB DESCRIPTION:

Customer Service Liaison (POS288)

Sydenham, Port Elizabeth

R 8 000 per month

Requirements

  • Fully Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
  • Client Relationship building and maintenance
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong time management
  • Must work well under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Corresponding with local and international clients (email and telephone)
  • Preparing quotes and invoices
  • General administrative functions
  • Requesting payments and scheduling orders
  • Face to face interactions with walk-in clients
  • Translating client instructions onto digital production system and physical job cards
  • Upselling clients on retails products
