Overview:

We are seeking a mature, reliable, and professional Cleaning & Reception Assistant to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for an experienced individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized environment while also confidently supporting basic front-desk responsibilities when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a high standard of hygiene
Ensure all office areas, restrooms, and communal spaces are clean and well-presented
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed
Assist with basic reception duties when required, including:
- Welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Receiving and managing deliveries and parcels
Maintain a neat and organized reception area
Adhere to company health and safety standards

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or similar roles
Matric certificate (advantageous)
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
High level of professionalism, reliability, and maturity
Ability to multitask and adapt between cleaning and reception duties
Trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility

Additional Information:

Preference may be given to female candidates in line with client requirements
