Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily operations, enhance efficiency, and drive the company’s growth in the cash management industry. The COO will collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies aligned with our long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all operational aspects of the organisation, including service delivery, client relations, and process improvement.
Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to create strategic plans and business objectives.
Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and adherence to regulatory requirements within cash management processes.
Drive technological innovation to enhance services and streamline operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulators.
Lead, motivate, and develop operational teams to foster a culture of high performance, inclusivity, and accountability.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced qualification preferred.
Proven experience (10+ years) in operations management within cash management, banking, or financial services.
Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of cash management solutions, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and remain composed under pressure.
