Based in Pretoria, the company specialises in the design, development, and implementation of electronic visitor and resident access control as well as workforce management systems. With in-house engineering and manufacturing capabilities, it holds a competitive advantage in meeting fast-evolving customer demands across various sectors.
 
As CEO, you will report to the Board of Directors. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the business, ensuring the achievement of financial targets, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. You will guide a high-performing leadership team, drive transformation and innovation, and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.

Duties:

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan, operational business plans, and budgets.
• Ensure optimal financial structures, risk management, and cash flow oversight.
• Drive business development initiatives to secure a robust pipeline of profitable projects.
• Champion transformation and innovation to enhance organisational effectiveness.
• Build strategic partnerships with clients, regulators, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and lead a high-performing senior management team and drive a performance-based culture.
• Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory frameworks, governance standards, and industry best practices.
• Maintain oversight of day-to-day operations and uphold the values and code of conduct aligned with the broader corporate group.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelor’s Degree (Essential) - Commerce, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science
• A recognised postgraduate qualification, preferably a Master's Degree or an equivalent qualification, will be an added advantage.
• Postgraduate Qualification (Highly Preferred)
• MBA
• Professional Certifications (Advantageous)

• 10 - 15+ years of leadership experience in a medium sized organisation 
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a successful executive leadership role, ideally within access control, time & attendance, or workforce management industries.
• Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Business Unit Head or equivalent role with Board-level exposure.
• Demonstrated success in driving innovation, growth, and organisational transformation.
• Strong financial acumen, understanding of corporate governance, and stakeholder management expertise.
• Deep familiarity with software development and hardware design environments.
