POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization to success. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, leading the management team, and driving overall growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement business strategies to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
Lead the management team, providing strategic guidance and operational oversight.
Make key decisions on finance, operations, and corporate strategy.
Represent the organization in industry forums, media engagements, and public relations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Drive innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills

Strong leadership and strategic vision.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to drive business growth and profitability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in the tobacco or related industry.
Deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
Experience working in a multinational corporation is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
