Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of cellphone faults while delivering excellent customer service. Experience with appliance repairs will be considered an advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in cellphone repairs
• Proven experience repairing smartphones (Android & iOS)
• Appliance repair experience beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Honest, reliable, and able to work independently

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: R9,000 – R14,000 per month, depending on experiencec

Required Skills for a Cellphone Repair Technician

• Diagnosing hardware and software faults
• Screen replacement (LCD/OLED)
• Battery replacement and charging port repairs
• Board-level repairs (basic to intermediate)
• Camera, speaker, microphone, and button repairs
• Software flashing, updates, and data recovery
• Use of repair tools and diagnostic equipment
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Time management and ability to meet repair deadlines
• Good communication and customer service skills
