SUMMARY:
Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric 
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management 
  • 4+ years of hospitality/hotel management experience 
  • Proficient in MS Office Packages 


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for:
  • Payroll and Human Capital reporting and administration is compiled and submitted to
    assigned HC Administrator by stipulated deadlines.
  • Performance is monitored and reviewed at stipulated times
  • Project revenue and costs are managed in accordance with budget, so that GP is achieved
  • Activities are planned annually and reviewed quarterly
  • Cash procedures are maintained and variances in cash investigated and resolved
  • Cash purchases are minimised and justified
