POSITION INFO:
Are you a meticulous finance professional looking for your next exciting challenge? A well-established and reputable supplier is seeking a skilled Cashbook Clerk to join their dynamic finance team on a 3 month contract. This is your chance to take ownership of the cashbook function and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

Manage the full cashbook function with accuracy and efficiency
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
Review transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Process payments, including SARS, inter-branch, and sundry transactions
Handle ad hoc financial tasks to support the team
Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures

Education and Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting
Minimum 2 years cashbook experience

Skills:

Proficiency in Syspro is essential
