SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established dealership in the Northern Suburbs, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Car Sales Representative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about vehicles and thrives in a target-driven environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Sell new and/or used vehicles to customers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales and leads
Following up on leads and generating new business opportunities
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Valid driver’s license (essential)
Proven sales experience (automotive industry advantageous)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-presented and professional
Ability to work weekends and extended hours
