CAMP MANAGER to lead their team

Candidate requirements:

• Matric, and any relevant tertiary qualification, would be advantageous
• Previous experience is a supervisory/managerial role is advantageous
• Must be able to connect and motivate a team, working as a colleague, as well as a leader. 
• Must be highly organised to ensure all operations within the camp happen smoothly
• Personable, approachable with excellent communication skills - able to connect with highly distinguished as well as connect with colleagues/staff
• Must have an exceptional eye for detail
• Excellent computer skills and ability to work with multiple software
• ⁠A friendly, helpful disposition and must genuinely enjoy lots of hosting and chatting with guests/people
• Must take initiative and be self-motivated
• Must reference extremely well.
