SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking energetic and target-driven sales professionals to join a high-performing call center team. The role involves selling products/services telephonically, meeting sales targets, and contributing to a supportive and results-focused environment.

POSITION INFO:
JOB TITLE: Call Center Sales Agent
AREA: Rosebank, Johannesburg
INDUSTRY: Call Center / Sales
Salary / CTC: R4 986,43 + Commission & Bonuses (Performance-based) (Depending on current earnings, qualifications, and experience)
Report to: Sales Team Leader
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell company products.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle client objections professionally and close deals.
Update CRM or call logs with customer information and outcomes.
Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors.

Qualifications and Skills:
Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
Sales training/certification (advantageous)

Skills:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Resilient and target-driven
Able to work independently and in a team

Experience:

Minimum 1 year call center experience (sales environment preferred)

High energy and enthusiasm

Working Conditions:

Office-based (Rosebank)
Monday to Sunday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (rotational days off)
