CRM Agent - Pre & Post Sales (Freshdesk)

SUMMARY:
Our client in Bon Accord, North of Pretoria is looking for a CRM Agent both Pre-Sales  and Post-Sales , using Freshdesk as the primary CRM / ticketing platform

Salary negotiable depending on experience and qualifications

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in a CRM / Customer Care / Client Administration role
• Practical experience of Freshdesk or similar ticketing / CRM system - Essential
• Experience in service-based or operational environment such as Logistics, Waste, Utilities - Advantageous
• Sage / Pastel Evolution and strong MS Office experience 
• Managing customer enquiries and pre-sales administration, including quotation preparation and follow ups
• Coordinating contract loading and updates across multiple systems (Sage Evolution, RMS, RPX, Contract Management)
• Handling post-sales customer care, including queries, complaints and SLA-driven ticket resolution
• Support internal departments with client related information and reporting
• Ensure data accuracy, documentation standards and clean handovers to Operations and Billing
