R10 – R15k per month TCTC dependent on experience and qualifications. Commissions payable for every client brought back onto book.

SUMMARY:
Manage and control debtors, reaching collection targets accurately and retaining sound client relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Grade 12/Matric

Minimum 3 - 4 years collections experience

Experience handling vast amount of debtor accounts

MS Excel – advanced

Qualification (NQF) level – relevant National Diploma – credit management 4

Proven knowledge of National Credit and Debt Collectors Acts

Experience using Debicheck

Proven experience creating and implementing effective collection system

Preference will be afforded to those with experience managing debtors at a financial services environment

Clear ITC and crim

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To ensure customers contracts are loaded correctly, ensure detail accuracy, as well as services billed as per sales contract

Ensure billing details are reporting correctly to relevant internal departments and that all data corresponds

Accurate and user friendly accounts and correspondence

Ensure customers receives invoices, statements, and monthly breakdowns and reconciliations

Correct payment allocation

All interaction between organization and customers are documented on the system at all times

Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries

Allocate Credit Notes and ensure accurate aged periods for Customer

Reduce debtor days according to targets set by management

Write off irrecoverable receivables

Undertake account reconciliations as required

Action cancellations, upgrades and new accounts
