COSTINGS AND ADMIN CLERK - Midrand

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
• Stock Costings of stock imported from Foreign Suppliers
• Processing of Invoices and Credit Notes on Pastel Partner
• Capturing of all payments and cashbook entries onto Pastel Partner
• Reconciling Foreign Creditor Accounts
• Reconciling Local Creditor Accounts
• Inventory and Stock Reports
• Updating PODs and POD register
• Ad hoc functions

The Skill’s we’re looking for:
• Accounting course / diploma
• 3 years’ relevant experience in accounting / bookkeeping
• Strong Excel and Pastel Partner understanding
• High level of attention to detail & urgency
