Matric (Grade 12) with numerical skills

Excellent attendance and reliability (proven track record)

Min Typing of 20 WPM

Numeracy / Arithmetic / figure skills

Excel L1, Word L1

BASIC WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

One – two years admin experience

SKILLS:

• The ability to work under pressure
• Communication skills with good telephone manners
• Excellent team player
• Accuracy with attention to detail

CONDENSED LIST OF DUTIES:

• Open contributions post from CEFCO daily
• Date and checking returns to ensure they are accurate. (Dates, Members, Hourly Rates etc)
• Phone companies for any missing information
• Handle basic email correspondence
• Reconcile and check short / overpayments and follow up
