POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced CLOUD SALES REPRESENTATIVE for a large concern, position based in Pretoria, Gauteng.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).

Valid Code 08 driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

Competent computer literacy (MS Office, Email / Internet).

+5yrs experience working in cloud sales, software sales, or IT sales, preferably in a SaaS or IaaS environment.

Experience in selling cloud-based solutions to enterprise clients is a plus.

Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools (Outlook, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the cloud computing space through cold calling, networking, and inbound lead follow-ups.

Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to deal closure, including presentations, negotiations, and contract management.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.

Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain deep knowledge of cloud products and solutions, understanding their value propositions and how they address clients'' business needs.

Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs related to cloud product sales, revenue, and customer acquisition.

Market Research: Stay informed of the latest trends, developments, and competitor offerings in the cloud computing industry.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, solutions architects, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.

Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
