CHEP Pallet Controller

SUMMARY:
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and process improvement? We’re looking for a CHEP Pallet Controller to manage and reconcile the CHEP pallet pool across multiple sites and carriers.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do:

• Capture and validate all pallet movements in MyCHEP and internal systems.
• Reconcile stock, investigate variances, and resolve disputes.
• Manage monthly reporting, hire costs, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with transport, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth pallet flows.

• Matric (Grade 12); logistics or supply chain qualification advantageous.
• 2–4 years’ experience in pallet/inventory control or warehouse/transport admin (FMCG/3PL preferred).
• MyCHEP proficiency and strong Excel skills.
• Accuracy, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, audit-ready mindset.
