POSITION INFO:

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of a portfolio of established key accounts, including major service providers, resellers, and distributors.

ð This is a growth-focused, relationship-expansion role.

Your mission:

Unlock new opportunities within existing clients
Build relationships across multiple departments
Position the business as a technology-enabled solutions partner

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue and margin growth within existing key accounts
Expand into new departments, contacts, and business units
Develop and execute structured account growth plans
Build multi-level relationships across procurement, technical, and executive teams
Leverage AI-powered tools to strengthen client engagement and close deals
Maintain strong CRM discipline and pipeline management
Collaborate internally to deliver a seamless customer experience
Identify new business opportunities within the ICT aftermarket
Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

Experience

5–10 years’ B2B sales experience
Proven success in growing existing accounts
Experience working with large, multi-stakeholder clients
Exposure to IT distribution, technology, MRO, or related industries
Strong understanding of the South African market

Skills & Attributes

Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
Tech-curious, with an interest in AI-driven tools and solutions
Structured, disciplined, and highly organised
Excellent communicator — from boardroom to operations floor
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
