POSITION INFO:
ð What You’ll Do
As our Business Development Executive, you’ll shape the next generation of corporate leaders:
ð Drive Strategic Growth

Partner with corporate clients to co-create bespoke leadership development solutions
Cultivate long-term relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers
Identify new market opportunities and expand our corporate footprint

ð¼ Deliver Commercial Excellence

Own ambitious revenue targets and lead your team to exceed them
Strategically manage budgets and ensure strong ROI
Define and execute a commercial strategy focused on sustainable growth
