Join a prestigious wildlife conservation and luxury hospitality organisation dedicated to sustainability and exceptional guest experiences. Our client, a renowned wildlife reserve nestled in the Western Cape, is seeking an experienced Brand and Optimisation Manager to elevate their brand presence and ensure operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

Develop and implement innovative communication strategies to strengthen brand visibility and engagement
Drive brand marketing initiatives aligned with the organisation’s mission and growth objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise marketing campaigns and brand positioning
Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage
Ensure all branding activities meet deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in brand marketing, communication, or related fields
Proven ability to develop strategic marketing plans and execute them effectively
Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong understanding of the hospitality, reservations, food & beverage, or hotel industries

Familiarity with the following:

Brand management tools and platforms
Marketing analytics and performance metrics
