Branch Supervisor - Centurion

SUMMARY:
Our client in the security technology industry has an EE opportunity available for a Branch Supervisor to be based in the Centurion area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year diploma in Business Administration or 3 – 5 years relevant work experience
• One to three years’ experience in the security industry
• Experience of building relationships with customers is essential
• PC literacy on MS Word, Excel, database package and any in house package as appropriate
• Strong customer service background and experience
• Sound knowledge of the security electronics or equipment is essential
• Knowledge of Syspro and Optimiza will be an advantage
• Reliable transport to travel to and from work will be an advantage
• Driver license an advantage

Duties:

• Responsible for keeping an eye on everyday operations for all branch activities, implementing organizational policies and procedures and ensuring adherence to the same
• Assist in the recruitment and hiring of personnel, monitors performance of the recruits post training to identify areas of improvement to enhance organizational productivity
• Maintain smooth work flow and assist sales manager to achieve all annual growth objectives
• Maintains efficient counter sales at all times and resolve all customer issues
• Prepare daily cash sales recon and forward to accounts department as may regularly required
• Regularly monitor excess, slow moving and redundant stock and communicate to the sales team as well as the Sales Manager
