What's required:

• Managing the inventory control system, verifying invoices, and ensuring that all goods are delivered to the correct storage locations
• Ensure the safety of all personnel by ensuring that all safety procedures are adhered to during the unloading and storage of goods.
• Manage and coordinate staff in the receiving department
• Perform quality checks on incoming shipments and eensure that all orders are accurately received and recorded
• Handle customers inquiries and complaints
• Oversee security of stock and warehouse
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience
• Experience with CRM system e.g. SAP
• Experience in the IT/ICT Industry
• Physically able to lift up to 23kg !
