Position Overview:
A leading plastics manufacturing and distribution company is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations at its Nelspruit branch. The ideal candidate is a male aged 40–45, with proven leadership ability, strong operational discipline, and a track record of managing high-performance teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
Lead and manage staff across production, warehousing, logistics, and administration
Drive branch performance through effective planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimisation
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
Monitor stock levels, production schedules, and dispatch timelines
Analyse branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions where required
Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting
Uphold company values, professionalism, and operational excellence

Minimum Requirements:

Male candidate aged 40–45
Minimum 5–8 years experience in a Branch Manager or Operations Manager role
Experience in manufacturing, plastics, packaging, or industrial production
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
Solid understanding of production processes, warehousing, and logistics
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high operational standards
Proficient in MS Office and basic ERP/POS systems
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
