Commercial Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of its commercial workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workshop productivity, staff performance, customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient service delivery in a fast-paced commercial vehicle environment.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

• Proven commercial vehicle service/workshop management experience (Essential)
• Qualified Diesel Mechanic (Trade Test / Diesel Mechanic Qualification)
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicles and diesel engines
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage workshop workflow, productivity, and quality standards
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Computer literate and able to work with workshop management systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Must reside in Nelspruit
