Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree / National Diploma
5-10 years’ experience in Managerial position within a Technical environment
Must be able to manage a team
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office package
Customer-oriented and excellent communication skills
Strategic mindset

Key Performance Areas:

Responsible for daily operations of branch
Responsible for overseeing customer service, human resources, administration and sales
Research market trends and identify prospective sales opportunities
Provide training, coaching and motivating of staff
Report to Head Office on best practices, competitor trends and business opportunities
Ensure and maintain high levels of Customer service and resolve client issues
Ensure staff adhere to company polices and regulations
