Store Floor Supervisor

SUMMARY:
Purpose
To run the branch successfully in the absence of the Retail Branch
Manager while handling the sales functions in a professional
manner for counter customers by providing friendly, prompt and
efficient service to achieve maximum sales and customer
satisfaction. Performing a variety of administrative and clerical
tasks. Providing support to your manager and employees, assisting
in daily office needs and general administrative activities.

POSITION INFO:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Matric
• Essential customer service and communication skills
• Min of 5 years administration experience with strong administration skills
• Min 5 years’ experience in leading/managing a team
• Attention to detail
• Product and application knowledge, including ability to read catalogues
• Valid driver’s license
• Computer literate: MS Office
• Well-spoken and presented (fluent in English)
• Good communicator
• Excellent sales skills with proven track record
• Persuasive, persistent and result driven
• Leadership skills
• Stock identified to be priority sales items must be
• communicated with internal sales staff daily/weekly.
