Branch / External Sales Representative - Port Elizabeth

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an experienced Branch / External Sales Representative to join their team based in Port Elizabeth.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional who is passionate about building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a combination of branch administration and external sales activities, with approximately 30% branch administration and 70% external sales focus. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop long-term relationships with key customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM and customer relationship management practices.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
• Technical sales experience would be advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to encourage customer retention and loyalty.
• Understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their business needs.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts.
