The Role
This is a versatile role designed for someone who enjoys the balance of professional administration and high-energy business development. The position is structured with a 70% focus on external sales and a 30% focus on branch administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Actively seek out and engage customer prospects while maintaining a portfolio of major clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary link between key customers and internal teams, ensuring a thorough understanding of client requirements.
• Sales Execution: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments; reach out to leads via cold calling; and achieve agreed-upon sales targets.
• Market Analysis: Analyze territory potential, track sales reports, and stay abreast of competitive activities and promotional trends.
• Problem Solving: Expedite the resolution of customer complaints and perform cost-benefit analyses to meet client needs effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
• Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with BRM/CRM practices.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and time-management skills.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is considered advantageous.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous sales experience within a technical environment is highly beneficial. (mobility solutions industry)
