Bookkeeper - Properties, finance, administration

SUMMARY:
A well-established property group is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their finance and property team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems, tenants, and property operations in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property administration or similar
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with MDA or MRI Property Central (advantage)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills

• Full finance admin: debtors, creditors, cashbook, billing and reconciliations
• Tenant liaison, arrears management and rental collections
• Monthly billing, statements and utilities recovery
• Maintenance administration and job card control
• Co-ordination of maintenance schedules and property inspections
• Liaising with contractors, suppliers and municipalities
