Bookkeeper, Centurion

POSITION INFO:

A well-established and reputable company based in Centurion in the wholesale/retail packaging industry is seeking to employ a Bookkeeper urgently.

Requirements:

Matric
Age 30-45 years
Diploma at a tertiary institute (Financial)
Computer literate – Basic Windows Applications (Excel / Word) & Pastel Evolution
Minimum Bookkeeping experience - 5years
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work under pressure.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Responsible and reliable.
Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Full debtors and Creditors accounting function.
Administer cash-ups and banking.
Cashbook postings and reconciliations.
Manage expenses and budget.
Administer Petty-Cash payments / allocations and reconciliations.
Salary preparations.
VAT Reconciliations.
General administrative work / other duties required by management.
Feedback to management
