POSITION INFO:

Our client, a well-established company based in Bedfordview, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team.

This role is suited to a detail-oriented individual who is confident managing full-function bookkeeping and enjoys working in a structured, collaborative office environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5–8 years’ relevant bookkeeping experience
• Proven full-function bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in Sage, Sage One, and/or QuickBooks
• Experience dealing with SARS (VAT, PAYE, Income Tax)
• Payroll experience essential
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Afrikaans and English communication essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full bookkeeping function for multiple entities
• Prepare management accounts
• Handle SARS submissions and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Process payroll accurately and timeously
• Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and audit preparation
