NAM 18125 - Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant – Randburg

Client is seeking a candidate who can handle a full function bookkeeping role including payroll for +- 50 staff and be able to work up to Trial Balance. You must have exposure working with commission schedules and be strong on excel.  You must understand sales and commission allocations and be able to work on various company books including the holding company.  This is a stand-alone position reporting to the Director so you must be technically strong.  Must be fluent in both English and Afrikaans and reside in and around the area.

Duties:

• Bookkeeping up to Trial Balance
• Debtors and Creditors
• Payroll
• Petty Cash
• SARS and VAT
• Asset Management
• Commission Calculations
• Collections
• Statutory Returns and Renewals, membership fees etc.
• BEE Submissions and renewals
• Prepare books for Auditors
