A leader within the moving industry seeks to employ a Bookkeeper to join their successful team

POSITION INFO:
Qualification

Matric
Relevant tertiary qualification

Requirements

MS Excel, MS Word proficiency is essential
At least 3 years’ experience with debtors
A good understanding of processing wages on the Accsys System – Not negotiable

Duties

Processing relief worker wages
Full function debtors
Payroll or weekly / monthly staff on Accsys Peopleware
Processing of monthly NBC returns
DA’s
Account queries
EFT payments
Petty cash
Creditors
Storage units’ control
Leave controls
Other admin duties as required
