Bookkeeper

SUMMARY:
Our client, a Management Company which focusses on its vested interests such as retail fuel, fast moving goods is looking for a Bookkeeper in the Johannesburg West area.

POSITION INFO:

Education and Experience:

• Relevant qualifications.
• 2+ years bookkeeping experience required.
• Beneficial: Experience working with Pastel Partner and or Pastel evolution.

Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains records of financial transactions.
• Reconciliation of accounts.
• Maintaining accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
• Balance accounts by reconciling entries.
• Maintaining the General Ledger.
• Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
• Maintains historical records by filing documents.
• Prepares financial reports.
