SUMMARY:
Are you a seasoned Bookkeeper who is ready for the next big shift in your career? A leading industrial equipment supplier is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:

You will be responsible for:

Day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities
Updating and managing documentation, and ISO standards for both international and local suppliers
Preparing monthly VAT reconciliations, PAYE and submission to SARS
Provide assistance with FEC''s and forex payments
Preparing cash book and supplier invoices
Maintaining fixed asset register
Support the finance manager with other administrative tasks

Requirements:

At least 5 - 8 years of experience in an accounting environment
Diploma/degree in Accounting or relevant
Experience with pastel
Understanding of forex contracts, with banking institutions
Knowledge of SARS E-Filling
Understanding of foreign currency creditors
Must have own transport
