SUMMARY:
We require the services of an experienced Bookkeeper in Kempton Park. The position is offered on a 3 month basis with the possibility of becoming permanent. Experience with SAP needed.

POSITION INFO:

Duties will include:

Posting of cashbook receipts & allocating correctly to customer invoices
Following up with customers on overdue invoices
Ensure customers remain within credit limits
Monthly credit insurance declaration
Manual & automatic sending of invoices & statements
Update & maintain customers data base
Reconciliation of cod / suspense account
Posting of creditors invoices & monthly reconciliations
Bank reconciliation
Posting of cashbook payments, debit orders etc.
Other general finance

Requirements:

Grade 12
Excellent computer skills (Excel)
Previous experience working on SAP
At least 5 years experience in a similar position
