SUMMARY:
A cutting-edge entity within the manufacturing industry is in search for dynamic bookkeeper to join their competitive team.

POSITION INFO:

Key Requirements:

Proficient on Pastel Partner
Experienced in Bill of Materials (BOM)
Minimum of 15 years of work experience in a similar role
Proficient in English and Afrikaans

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Cashflow and forecasting
Intercompany reconciliation
Monthly close process, management accounts and reporting
Fleet accounts and vehicle licensing
Travel arrangements and bookings
Stock management
Able to complete full AP and AR function
COID submission and LOGS
Fixed asset register and depreciation
Process VAT, EMP201, EMP501, Vat reconciliation and IT14SD
HR and payroll functions
Forex and international payments
