Are you a detail-oriented Bookkeeper looking for an exciting new opportunity close to home? A trusted client based in Ferndale, Randburg is looking for a proactive and hands-on Bookkeeper to join their team immediately.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates residing within a 10–15km radius of Randburg who are looking to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment where accuracy, accountability, and initiative are highly valued.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the full bookkeeping function, supporting financial operations, and ensuring all reporting deadlines are met efficiently and accurately.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

- Monthly close of accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations and journal processing
- Internal and group costing allocations
- Preparation and submission of SARS returns
- Monitoring debtors and handling client queries
- Supplier onboarding and accounts payable administration
- Payroll support, EMP201 submissions, and payroll journals
- Inventory and stock control management
- Assisting management with ad-hoc financial duties

Job Experience & Skills Required:

- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
- Experience with SARS returns and payroll processing
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication and administrative abilities
- Candidates must reside within a 10–15km radius of Randburg
